If you require assistance under the Entro Care programme within the 2 year period, then please contact us or simply place your order for Entro Care Replacement Drone here & we will provide you the Entro Service address to send your old damaged drone & accessories back to.
Entro Care is valid only for two years from the original purchase date of your Entro Drone, and is not transferable.
There are no maximum number of drones you can claim under Entro Care, as long as you return all items from the original purchase (including case, spare batteries, cables and charger, remote controller, and damaged drone if you have it).
The Entro Care product is not insurance and is not designed to replace insurance, so it is suggested to seek advice on this from your insurance advisor or insurance company.
When you send all your items back to Entro Support (Step 4 above), if you have your damaged drone please send this back along with ALL other items. If you do not send the other items that came in the original packaging or they are not in working order Entro Support reserves the right to reject your replacement order.
Please note that if you purchase an Entro Care replacement drone within one year of the original drone purchase then time remaining on the original warranty will continue to apply. If you purchase an Entro Care replacement drone after the original warranty is over (but within 2 years from your original purchase), then no warranty will apply on the replacement Drone.
