Entro Care gives you piece of mind when flying your fishing drone over water and is a great idea if you are brand new to drone fishing!
Entro Care – Replacement Protection for your new Entro 500
How does it work?
- After Purchasing your drone, simply fly and fish with your Entro 500 as you normally would (no additional charges apply at time of purchase)
- If then at any time (within 2 years), you have a major crash of your drone, you fly it into the water, or somehow lose your drone – then this is where Entro Care can help!
- Simply Place an order here by ADDING THIS Replacement Pack to your Shopping Cart and pay $699 (+freight)
- Send the drone (or what’s left of it), case, charger, batteries, etc back to the Entro Service Centre in Auckland
- The Service Centre will then place a drone body in your existing case. The Drone body includes one set of propellers mounted on the drone, and a battery. Landing gear extensions are not included.

Important Information
If you require assistance under the Entro Care programme within the 2 year period, then please contact us or simply place your order for Entro Care Replacement Drone here & we will provide you the Entro Service address to send your old drone back to.
Entro Care is valid only for two years from the original purchase date of your Entro Drone, and is not transferable.
There are no maximum number of drones you can claim under Entro Care, as long as you return all items from the original purchase.
The Entro Care body replacement will replace the body of the drone only (including the drone, battery, and one set of propellers. It will not include landing gear extensions or any other accessories.
The Entro Care product is not insurance and is not designed to replace insurance, so it is suggested to seek comprehensive advice on this from your insurance advisor or insurance company.
When you send all your items back to Entro Support NZ (Step 4 above), if you have your damaged drone please send this back along with ALL other items. If you do not send the other items that came in the original packaging or they are not in working order Entro Support reserves the right to reject your replacement order.
Please note that if you purchase an Entro Care replacement drone within one year of the original drone purchase then the time remaining on the original warranty (from the time of first purchase of the drone) will continue to apply. If you purchase an Entro Care replacement drone after the original warranty is over (but within 2 years from your original purchase), then no warranty will apply on the replacement Drone.

Care guide
Follow these simple steps to ensure your Entro 500+ remains reliable and corrosion-free after every trip to the coast:
- Wipe Down Immediately: After every use, especially in a saltwater environment, use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe the drone body and remote to remove all salt residue and moisture.
- Dry Thoroughly Before Storage: Ensure the motors, gimbal, and battery compartment are completely dry before placing the drone back in its case.
- Inspect Propellers: Regularly check the propellers and motor mounts for sand, debris, or small cracks from transport. Replace any props showing damage.
- Charge Battery Safely: Store batteries partially charged (around 60%) if not flying for an extended period, and always charge them away from flammable materials.
- Check Hardware: Periodically inspect stainless steel screws and connections for signs of corrosion or looseness, especially near the payload release

I've never flown a drone before. Is the Entro 500+ hard to fly?
The Entro 500+ is specifically designed for first-time drone fishermen. Setup on the beach is quick and painless. Once airborne, you can release the controls, and the drone will hover stably by itself, even in high winds.
Can it handle a heavy sinker and multiple baits?
Yes. The drone is powerful enough to lift a maximum payload of 650 grams. It is perfect for carrying 3 to 5 baits out to your favourite fishing spot.
Can it handle the wind and salt environment?
Yes. The drone is at home around the New Zealand coast. It uses oversized motors for stability in wind. All circuit boards are specially coated, and all external metal uses 316 stainless steel to resist salt corrosion.
Do I need to use my own phone or tablet to fly it?
No. The remote controller has a built-in full-colour 5.5" display that provides the live video feed and drone information. You do not need an additional phone.
What protection do I get if I crash or lose the drone?
The Entro 500+ automatically includes Entro Care protection for 2 years from the date of purchase. If you destroy or lose the drone, it can be replaced for a flat fee of $699 (+freight).
